This easy lasagna recipe is perfect for a weeknight and it can be adapted to fit dietary needs!

  • 12 lasagna noodles cooked according to directions
  • 1 pound of ground turkey ground beef, or Italian sausage
  • 2 cloves garlic minced
  • 4-6 cups spaghetti sauce
  • 1 16 oz container sour cream
  • 1 Tbsp Italian seasoning
  • 1 Tbsp Parsley flakes
  • 2 cups Mozzerella Cheese
  • 3/4 cup Parmesan cheese


  1. Cook noodles according to package directions.
  2. While noodles are cooking, cook ground turkey, ground beef, or Italian sausage until no longer pink.
  3. Add in minced garlic and cook for an additional 2 minutes.
  4. In a 9x13 pan, lay down 3 of the lasagna noodles and layer 1/2 cup sour cream, cooked meat and garlic mixture, 1 to 1 1/2 cups spaghetti sauce, Italian seasoning, Parsley flakes, 1/2 cup Mozzerella cheese, and 1/4 cup Parmesan cheese.
  5. Repeat with 2 additional layers.
  6. For top layer, add 3 noodles and remaining sauce.
  7. Sprinkle with remaining cheese.
  8. If baking immediately, place in 350 degree oven for 45 minutes.
  9. If freezing, prepare in a 9x13 foil pan and cover with aluminum foil. Freeze immediately.
