Pumpkin Dream Brownies

  • 1 box of NESTLÉ® TOLL HOUSE® Brownies & More and ingredients listed on box
  • For Pumpkin Cream Layer:
  • 1/2 cup Libby’s® 100% Pure Pumpkin
  • 3/4 cup butter softened
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla
  • 1 teaspoon pumpkin pie spice
  • 5 cups powdered sugar
  • Chocolate Topping:
  • 3/4 bag NESTLÉ® TOLL HOUSE® Semi-Sweet Chocolate Morsels
  • 6 Tbsp heavy whipping cream


  1. Make brownies according to directions using an 8x8 pan, adding a layer of chocolate chips on the top.
  2. Bake, according to listed directions.
  3. Meanwhile, in separate bowl, whip softened butter until creamy.
  4. Add pumpkin, pumpkin pie spice, and vanilla and cream together.
  5. Add one cup of powdered sugar at a time until getting a frosting consistency. You may add more if needed.
  6. Once brownies have cooled, layer pumpkin mixture over the top.
  7. Refrigerate until set.
  8. Place chocolate morsels in a bowl.
  9. Heat whipping cream until simmering. Pour over chocolate chips and mix until combined.
  10. Spread chocolate topping over the top of brownies and allow to set.
  11. Refrigerate and cut into squares.
