Slow Cooker Pumpkin Butter

  • 4 cups Pumpkin Puree One large can of pumpkin works too
  • 2 cups brown sugar
  • 1 cup real maple syrup
  • 1 Tbsp pumpkin pie spice


  1. Combine all ingredients in slow cooker. Mix well. Cover and cook on high for 2 hours. Remove cover and stir. Cook another 2-3 hours until you reach desired consistency.
  2. When it's finished, whip desired amount of butter in a mixer. Add in pumpkin butter and whip more. If you'd like it to have ribbons, whip the butter and then fold in the pumpkin butter.
  3. May also be served alone over pancakes, toast, or anything you can think of!
