Get ready for Disney/Pixar’s Coco Movie, their newest film, with these beautiful coloring pages for your kids and for you!
I love this time of year for so many reasons and one of them happens to be the fact that we get a lot of great movies coming out! In all honesty, there haven’t been many great films over the summer (there were a couple like “Spiderman: Homecoming” and “Despicable Me 3”). One of the films I’m most excited about is the movie “Coco” from Disney/Pixar coming out in time for Thanksgiving.

Because we are a musical family, I love that this movie incorporates being a musician into it. And do you see all those beautiful colors? It’s a visual feast for the eyes!
Here’s a little bit more about it:
Despite his family’s baffling generations-old ban on music, Miguel (voice of newcomer Anthony Gonzalez) dreams of becoming an accomplished musician like his idol, Ernesto de la Cruz (voice of Benjamin Bratt). Desperate to prove his talent, Miguel finds himself in the stunning and colorful Land of the Dead following a mysterious chain of events. Along the way, he meets charming trickster Hector (voice of Gael García Bernal), and together, they set off on an extraordinary journey to unlock the real story behind Miguel’s family history.
I’m so excited for this movie! I also love that it delves in to family history too, just like “Moana”. It’s so important to understand where you came from in order to appreciate what you have now.
In addition to “Coco”, they are also releasing a short film that we can’t wait for, “Olaf’s Frozen Adventure”. It will be nice to have the gang from “Frozen” back again!
Are you excited for the movie? I love going to movies over the holidays, especially because we tend to avoid the crowds out shopping on Black Friday and prefer going to the theater.
