Christmas is fast approaching! I can’t believe it.
While I enjoy shopping, I still love being able to make gifts for family and friends. Nothing big or elaborate but small little things.
Today, I’m going to show you how I customized a beanie I found at the dollar store and some heat transfer vinyl into a cute piece of headwear perfect for any Snow Bunny!
It comes together quickly and easily. Especially if you have a Silhouette Cameo! I love mine.
All you need is a beanie and white glitter heat transfer vinyl from my favorite vinyl source-Daily Craft Vinyl. They have the best selection of colors, including a bunch of glitter vinyl colors. There are so many things you can do with it!
If you’ve never used heat transfer vinyl before, you will want to watch this video. It’s a great step by step instructional and I’ve always found it easier to watch videos than a series of photos.
I’m including the .svg file I used to create the “snow bunny” on this beanie. Also, be sure to use the mirror image or you’ll end up with everything backwards! I forgot to do that when I first cut it out. And it would be cute with a little pom pom on top!
