Chocolate Cadbury Egg Cookies

Chocolate Cadbury Easter Egg Cookies are soft, delicious, and packed with chocolate!

Ingredients

  • 1 box Milk Chocolate Cake Mix you can use any variation of chocolate mixes
  • 1/3 cup oil
  • 2 eggs
  • 3 Tbsp Brown Sugar
  • 2 tsp vanilla
  • 1 bag of Cadbury Mini Easter Eggs crushed

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
  2. Mix cake mix, eggs, vanilla, oil, and brown sugar until well combined. The batter will be sticky!
  3. Put your bag of Cadbury Mini Easter Eggs into a food processor and crush. You can also put them in a plastic baggie and crush them with a rolling pin.
  4. Add the crushed Cadbury Mini Easter Eggs into the batter and fold in.
  5. Place spoonfuls of cookie dough onto a greased cookie sheet about 2 inches apart. These cookies spread!
  6. Flatten the tops down with the palm of your hand or with the bottom of a glass to prevent the cookies from rising too tall.
  7. Bake for 8-12 minutes.
