No-Bake Monster Chocolate Energy Bites

A yummy snack packed full of energy fueling ingredients that your kids will love!

Ingredients

  • 1/4 cup NESQUIK® Powder
  • 1/2-3/4 cup Peanut Butter
  • 1/3 cup Honey
  • 1 tsp Vanilla Extract
  • 1 cup Oats
  • 1 Tbsp Chia Seeds
  • 1/2 cup Flaxseed
  • 1 cup Semi-Sweet Chocolate Chips opt

Instructions

  1. Mix all ingredients together. It will be sticky!
  2. If mixture is dry, add more honey or peanut butter.
  3. Refigerate mixture for at least 30 minutes.
  4. Roll into one inch balls.
  5. Store in an airtight container for up to a week!
