Dairy Free Eggnog Dip

Ingredients

  • 2 Containers Silk Dairy Free Vanilla Yogurt
  • 8 oz softened tofu drained
  • 1/2 tsp cinnamon
  • 1/4 tsp nutmeg
  • 1/4 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 1/2 cups powdered sugar
  • 1 cup granola

Instructions

  1. Mix yogurt and tofu together until well mixed. Add in cinnamon and nutmeg. Then, begin by adding 1/2 cup powdered sugar at a time until you reach your desired consistency. Add in granola and mix. Chill in refrigerator until ready to serve. Serve with fruit or wafers.
