Grilled Parmesan Pork Tenderloin

Try this easy grilling recipe that's stocked full of flavor using Smithfield Marinated Pork!

Ingredients

  • 1 Smithfield Garlic and Peppercorn Marinated Pork Tenderloin
  • 1 cup bread crumbs may use Italian bread crumbs
  • 1 cup shredded parmesan cheese
  • 1/4 cup balsamic vinegar
  • 2 Tbsp Italian Seasoning if you use regular breadcrumbs

Instructions

  1. Remove pork from packaging. Splash balsamic vinegar all over tenderloin. Combine bread crumbs, cheese, and seasoning together. Spread and run into tenderloin, covering entire tenderloin. Heat grill to medium heat. Place tenderloin on parchment wrapped grilling sheet. Cook 5-10 minutes on each side until breading is set. Then, remove parchment paper and place tenderloin on a grilling sheet sprayed with cooking spray. Cook an additional 30-40 minutes on grill over medium heat. Turn halfway through for even cooking. Tenderloin should be cooked through.
