Relief Society & Young Women Easter Bunny & Chick Egg Tags With Bonus Message Tag: Give a sweet gift to your Young Women for Personal Progress, Visiting Teaching ladies, or girls in activity days! The printable includes a QR code tag with a special Easter message. Print off these tags, include them with some cute Easter eggs and candy, and you have the perfect little gift to give for Easter!
This time of year is so special! With spring on its way, warmer weather peeking through, and the special messages of our Savior, it’s hard to not add a little skip to my step. When I go to the stores, I have a hard time resisting the cute little plastic Easter eggs each year. They have so many cute ones now and I always buy them with the thought that I’d find a use for them.
When I saw the cute bunny and chick plastic Easter eggs, I bought up a bunch of them to use for Young Women and to use for Visiting Teaching. They are too cute! I filled them up with some candy I bought at the grocery store and then created some tags to go with them.
The eggs came as a package of three for a dollar. I’ve found them at Dollar Tree, Walgreens, Michaels, and Hobby Lobby. As you can see in the pictures, they don’t all look exactly the same. The bunny with the pink opaque pink bottom came from Michaels and the others from Dollar Tree or Walgreens. I don’t remember for certain!
If you don’t have the best printer, which we currently do not, I would recommend sending the printables to a copy center. It’s actually not very expensive and the quality is so much better than most home printers! I’m always much happier when I do it that way. One day, I’ll have a printer again that I love (RIP to my old printer!).
The Easter message on the tag with the QR tag is actually one that I made a few years ago for the Easter “Because of Him” campaign with the LDS Church. I attached it to the tags and the eggs for the Young Women. The message can be used for Personal Progress and will help bring in the spirit of Easter. I asked the girls to watch the video it takes them to and write down their testimony and thoughts about the Savior in their journal. While I made it for Personal Progress, you can definitely use it for Visiting Teaching or Activity Days.
Otherwise, the bunny and chick tags are not religious and could be used in any kind of group, including school.
I love that the Easter eggs are big enough to fill with a good amount of candy! Attach the tags with some twine and you’re set!
A close up of the bunny tag. The tags are all the same size so they will fit together nicely! You could also glue the challenge card on the back if you’d like. They didn’t line up just right when I tried printing double sided and I don’t recommend it.

If you’d like to do something a little more substantial for Easter, I created a week long challenge card booklet around the Prince of Peace that features daily challenges leading up to Easter. Find the Seven Day Prince of Piece Challenge Cards that fit together with the tags here!
