Easy Beef Stroganoff and Winder Farms-The Perfect Pair

Ingredients

  • 1 pound ground beef
  • ½ onion diced
  • ½ lb-1 lb mushrooms sliced according to preference (we like them smaller)
  • 2 cans Cream of Mushroom Soup
  • ½ cup Sour Cream
  • 2-3 Tbs Worchestshire Sauce
  • 1-2 Tbs milk optional
  • Egg Noodles

Instructions

  1. Boil egg noodles according to package directions.
  2. Cook beef until browned. Drain and set aside.
  3. Add onions and mushrooms to the same skillet and cook 3-5 minutes.
  4. Add beef back into skillet with onions and mushrooms.
  5. Stir in soup, sour cream, and Worchestshire Sauce.
  6. Add milk if sauce is too thick until desired consistency.
  7. Simmer 10 minutes.
  8. Pour sauce over egg noodles and serve with a side salad!
