Crockpot Parmesan Chicken Wings

Ingredients

  • 2 lbs of chicken wings and/or drummettes frozen
  • 1/2 tsp cumin
  • 1/2 tsp rosemary
  • 3 Tbs olive oil
  • 1/2 cup grated parmesan
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder
  • 2 tsp basil minced
  • 1/2-1 tsp seasoned salt

Instructions

  1. Turn crockpot on high. Put in chicken and cook for 2 hours.
  2. Once chicken has thawed, season with cumin and rosemary (add more to taste if needed).
  3. Place chicken back in crockpot.
  4. Finish cooking for another 2 hours until cooked through and no longer pink. Drain any excess water.
  5. Mix olive oil, parmesan, garlic powder, basil, and seasoned salt in separate bowl until well mixed.
  6. Add cooked chicken wings/drummettes and cover with olive oil mixture.
  7. Place on serving dish or foil covered pan and keep warm until serving.
  8. NOTE: You may also bake the chicken in a 400 degree oven for 20-30 minutes (for thawed chicken).
